Honeypaw saw some of the apprentices gathering and chatting around the fresh kill pile. She padded over to them and sat by her sister Galepaw. She watched as a cloudy puff of air came from her mouth with every chilly breath.
"Earth to Honeypaw!" Galepaw teased playfully. "Why don't you eat?"
Honeypaw poked the vole in front of her with one paw. She sniffed it. Ew! How does anyone eat something like that!
Honeypaw grabbed a mouse in her teeth. It smelled fine. She gulped it down.

"Oh, Fallingrain," (it looks like falling grain to me XD)
Jadepaw lowered her emphatic voice at them mention of hunting. "Sure why not!" She said excitedly, but quietly. Her quick white paws scampered ahead.

Droppaw hooked the vole in front of Honeypaw and swallowed it. "Its good!" He said, mouth full of vole.
