Finchstripe trotted over to the fresh kill pile and chose out a pigeon. She picked it up and took it to a big rock and lay down on it. She stretched, soaking up the warm sunshine, then took a bite of pigeon. Hunting patrols were already organized without her. These cats just waltz in and out of camp as they please! She thought with a slight prickle of annoyance.
She had better go send a patrol to the Rockclan boarder again soon. Rockclan cats seemed to be getting a little to confident at their boarder.
She didn't want to neglect the Dirtclan one though, so she decided she would send one out there right now, and she would go with a larger patrol later to Rockclan.
"Ravenwing and Honeycloud, take one more cat and patrol the Dirtclan border please!" She called.
