And my Dh has nothing to complain about, the ducks and the nasty geese are HIS!!! He makes fun of me for my "chick hospital" int eh house but the chick in there is recovering from HIS GEESE attacking it - and I remind him, daily!

He's a hoot cause we are just alike, I just am happy with domesticated animals and have never wanted a monkey, or penguin, or bear or tiger or zebra...............I think he's jealous! LOL!!

Sorry sweetie, but if you have a husband then at times you certainly do have a monkey, a tiger, or a bear, depending on his mood

Ducks & geese? Ick. Can't do ducks and geese. Had them, loved them, then learned the true definition of splort and betrayal. Grandpa used to say food moved through them so fast you could tie a piece of fatback on a string and have all the waterfowl strung like pearls by the end of the day

Personally, chickens make quite enough mess and give better love. They're certainly more loyal!

And yes, I know you aren't working. Takes one to know one!

So not true, I know I delegated the notification task to someone but I'm just not remembering who........I'll send out a memo to ask....

I am really hating the geese. Ducks are pretty cool. Soon enough they will be big and out with the boys on their own and so no cleaning up necessary. I like my chickens they are cool and my "core" breeding stock appreciates me. They young babies not so much yet!

Oh and DH is more like Bull in a china shop!

I'm thinking it will become a trend of corportations across the country when setting controls that it will ban mentions of "adult" topics and chickens..........yup, there is a really really bad joke there, but I am choosing the high road
