I really want some chicks, HELP ME!!!

If you had a wire cover on the brooder they wouldn't fly out and potty on the garage floor. A wire top can also keep things from getting to your chicks

If you don't have money for them, maybe you should just wait until you do.
I agree. If you don't have money to buy a particular animal, especially if it something as cheap as a $4 chicken, don't get it. It means you definitely don't have money to make a good brooder, coop, or pay for their basic needs. And what if you have a rooster? If you can't keep it, can you get rid of it yourself, or will you have to pay someone else?

Our chicks were kept in the house the first 3 or 4 weeks and offensive odor wasn't an issue. The brooder was cleaned daily and we put a screen over the top to keep them from flying out.

Chickens are animals so some odor is going to be there, but keeping the area clean will certainly help.

will she probity get broody if you leave egg under her and can the eggs be plastic easter eggs?

in the brooder in my garage and no smell, believe me, my nose is like a hound dog. With proper management no smell yet. We'd been having temps in teens, yesterday was 13*F today 40s. They're due to move in the coop soon been in the garage since Mid January.

I also don't like the noise and care (I know to be a chicken farmer you need to care for chickens but I have 5 other animals to care for and don't have time for caring for chicks

)you have to give them and the worst part is no matter what, their food and water get poop in it so you have to change the food and water every hour
