My eggs keep wiggling, but I haven't got a pip yet. This is supposed to be day 20. My online game booted me off, so now I'm going stir crazy staring at eggs

I have a baby chick!!!!

I went to feed the hens and saw half an eggg outside the nestbox and thought - OH NO!!, one of the eggs fell out and cracked!! - but then I heard the cheep cheeps coming from under our broody brahma girl! Yay!!! My first chicky hatched! This was one of local mixed mutt eggs that hatched, but i'm happy because she must've done her job well!

No activity that I can see with the rest of the eggs in the incubator.

I set mine late at night on the 27th and not a pip or movement as of this morning. Things should get to rocking and rolling by tomorrow if I am going to have any success.

For you first time hatchers............don't be surprised if your eggs quit rocking right before they hatch. Mine did and it freaked me out that they died or something. But once they get into position, I think they rest for a while before they hatch.

And if you stare at them long enough, you'll swear you see them moving. I know cuz I did.

Everything is quiet here. Let me refrase that cuz of the babies cheering in my ears.......Everythign is good here!

I keep checking to if there are any pips yet. Nothing.
