My duck richard i found out has a big bubble on his foot and it has a black scab looking thing on the outside of it. I looked it up and i think its bumblefoot. Duck doesnt seem like its hurting at all and i read that it couldve been from metal and we just put up a new house and fence for them so i wonder if she hit her foot on a piece of fencing. I soaked her foot in epsom salt for almost 15 min until she really started freaking out so i let her out and i tried peeling the scab lightly but it didnt seem like it was going anywhere. Let me know what u can do for her or if i should leave it alone or what idk. Thanks:)

That's definitley bumble, i would remove one of that size. If you are having problems holding her i would wrap her in a bath towel so she cant flap. If it isnt soft after a 15 min soak soak again until it becomes soft. Hope this helps!

Thank you i will keep soaking it then:)

As suggested, you'll need to soak the foot in warm water for a few days or week until the core/scabbing is loosened, and once it is, you can gently prying the scabbing off with a pair of tweezers and scalpel. Once its off, slather the core with a antibacterial ointment, and bandage the foot.
