I think I may be in trouble..... Humidity Issues

PErhaps the moisture needs to leave the incubator; rice I expect will grab the moisture but the moisture hasn't actually left the incubator.

I'm having the same problem. DH suggested putting in the dehumidifier into the room with the incubator. I've read many posts about the incubators with fans need to be watched carefully or else the humidity will drop too lo soI put one in tonight to try to dry down the eggs a bit more. I built my own, pulling a fan from an old PC tower and an old adaptor/transformer. Loads of good how-to on this site. Do you have a fan ???

The moisture doesn't need to leave the incubator, it needs to leave the air in the incubator, which if the rice absorbed it, would be removing it from the air. However, with the plugs out, new air would be coming in continuously from the room. I think a de-humidifier in the room is the best option.
