I think I ruined one of my christmas gifts from hubby

I forgot to mention one of the best things about the Kindle - private reading. I have a penchant for lame historical romance. Usually I'm a tomboy, but what can I say? They are fun escapism to read. But, as the only female in my home, I get teased for reading them. I realized that I hadn't read my guilty pleasure books in years because of the teasing. I could have just told them to stuff it, but that's not in the nature of a guilty pleasure. So, now I can just put it on my Kindle and for all they know I'm reading "100 Years of Solitude" instead of "Ashes in the Wind".

BTW - I have read both of those books, and both have their place. Sometimes I just need to read something that takes on a pleasure cruise.

OH Keith wouldn't dare get me a camo one. We both hate camo because it seems like everyone in town is always dressed in it. I'm surprised they haven't come out with camo prom dresses for these townspeople.

This thread has made me laugh out loud and informed me to boot! I've been looking at the Kindle, too...I still have so many questions before I take that plunge! And I may be the last person on earth who wanted a snuggie, but as I am shivering in a relatively warm house, methinks it is not such a bad idea! Who can resist those animal prints? Have you all seen the superman snuggie?
