I think I've made the bumble foot worse!

last Friday I soaked her foot and I thought I pulled it all out. Now, I took the bandage off and this is what we have. Please help??
Is Texas Kiki on now? Can someone tell me what to do?

Please describe what you did the first time. Perhaps you missed a step.

Those bumps look necrotic and need debriding. Soak a good twenty minutes in very warm Epsom salt water. Then take every bit of that black crust off, and scrape out any waxy pus under it. Flush well with soapy water, rinse and dry.

Spray with Vetericyn and after it dries, smooth on antibiotic ointment, and bandage.
