So these guys are late hatching? I would take a look and see what's going on. What was your temperature throughout incubation? Is your incubator still air or forced air?

When you open it up to take a look, you can reset your hygrometer so you can see the humidity too

i’m pretty sure my incubator heating is off. I only get pips on day 22. So if i feel the membrane and it’s dry i do something?

Did you have a chance to read that article that was linked? I would take a look and see if maybe you might need to remove some shell from over the air cell area, and the article will tell you how to go about that.
