should i be worried

so I am new to incubating chicks and from what I’ve read so far the incubator we have is not great and the egg is not positioned correctly. Anyway, what I’m concerned about right now is we are currently at day 21 and I have a chick that has cracked it’s egg but I’ve heard no chirping, and it has been about six hours since I noticed the crack, and nothing is changed. Is there something that I need to do or should I be worried?

thank you so much. as of right now the chick finally started chirping and being active which also made me less nervous.
