Amazon carries it - or any type of Farm Animal store - you don't show where you are located ...

Terramycin eye ointment can be found in many feed stores, but since it is very small, ask a clerk for it. Plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment can be used if you cannot get Terramycin.

Check with your TSC or similar store, hopefully they have it in stock. If not, you can order it online through Amazon.
