I think my two week old has sour crop

It's a pleasure, this is what BYC is all about

It's a great place to share ideas and experience, and lots of pictures and stories of all our chickens

Update:
She's doing better! Her leg still needs some time but her crop went from squishy and inflated to small and firm!

They are very cute! Do you have a way to measure the temperature in there? It is very small so they could be getting too hot. It is best to have them in a box big enough that one side is under the lamp and the other side is a bit cooler, so that they can get away from the heat if they want. It may also be why she wasn't eating well in the first place.

If you don't have a bigger box you could try to section off a corner in your house for them. At one point when my chicks had outgrown their box and I was trying to find something bigger for them I even had them in the bath tub for a few days.

We have a thermometer in here at all times, and right now its a little under 80°F. The heat lamp isn't directly above the box, because there two enclosures that need to be heated, so we have it in between both. I don't think we have a larger box, either.

Ok, that sounds good. Just worried a little there because many people cook their poor little chicks by putting a hot heat lamp right over a tiny box.

Do you have a coop ready for them yet?

Not yet, we'll get one this weekend, though. We may also get a chunnel so they can be safe from our dog and from the hawks.

Ok, that'll be great. If you want, you can put a heat lamp or heating pad directly in the coop and move them out as soon as it's set up. They will love being able to run around and stretch their little legs and it'll also save you some noise and dust and cleaning in the house. I kept my first chicks in the house for 4 weeks, but since then I've always put them straight in the coop and it's much easier for the cleaning, and they definitely prefer it too.

I'll keep that in mind!

I found out we do have a bigger space to put them in. The sick one is also making progress with her leg, she's stopped falling as much and most of the time she can pick herself up.
