so this is cankles (my girlfriend named her that because her legs are way thicker than the others), she's about six months old now. i have no idea what breed she is, we were told she was a bantam cross and that's it.
anyway she appears to have an extra toe on one foot at the back. sorry i don't know the correct term but instead of the one out the back of her foot there's two, one is noticeably smaller than the other. i had a hard time getting a decent photo of it as she was brought up with no human contact and is still getting used to us but you can kind of make it out in this photo on the back foot.
just wondering if this is normal? only just noticed it. it's not like she is at all bothered by it, just never seen anything like that before in my limited time of chicken keeping...
