I think this is a Silkie Bantam???

Your rooster has a lot of characteristics that make me think there are other breeds in his ancestry. Once another breed's genetics are introduced into a Silkie line, the red comb is the hardest trait to breed out. Still in genetics it is possible to have what is commonly referred to as "upstarts" or "sports" which are nonconforming traits for the breed. In either case if you like your boy, enjoy him. If you want to breed Silkies get rid of him.

The desired comb shape on a Silkie is walnut shaped. It should really resemble a half walnut - very rounded.

Your guy doesn't quite have a walnut comb as his comb edges are very defined and lumpy. If you look at Year of the Rooster's bird photo you will note that there is no well defined edge to his bird's comb, it just sort of swells from his head. That's what you want in a walnut comb.
