My chickens ended up having Mareks per a culture done. I have never had this disease before. Can anyone tell me if you culled yours or kept them? Did they lay eggs? What was the mortality rate in your flock?

Just wondering, who did the culture? Was it on a live bird or during a necropsy by your state vet? So sorry for the diagnosis. I would not do anything drastic until you do a lot of reading about Mareks, and listen to other people’s experiences. There are tons of threads about the disease. Most people let their birds live, and may find that some birds or breeds can have some immunity to the disease. Many vaccinate their new chicks, while others do not. There are a lot of differing opinions on that. @coach723 @microchick and many others have a lot of posts about Mareks in their flocks. Here is one thread from 2021 with some recent posts where a few of those discuss their flocks:https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...-can-kill-your-unvaccinated-chickens.1491344/
