All my barred rock girls have a pale pink skin-like color to their combs and kind of always have. When they're playing pretty hard their ear flaps might turn pink but that's it. I've checked for ticks, they get DE in dirt baths and run. Their poos don't seem to have signs of worms when I dig through them and they did get de-wormed almost three weeks ago. Two of them have a barbie-pink that turns red when they're running/flying around. The first picture is my reddest girl when she was sitting. Her comb will match the watermelon in the background if she's flying anywhere.
The second picture is one of my pale ones. Four of them have similar colors to her on a normal.
Is this just normal with a barred rock or should I be concerned? I don't see any loner behavior or lack of energy.
Making this post just to be safe.
