I thought this was strange...

Aww he's adorable and i love his name! I have 2 mallards, a boy and a girl and they both hate me.

Magoo (boy) is so cute he's just now starting to get his colorful male feathers in and he's about half the size of the girl (unnamed can't find and good name that fits a duck that wants to kill me and never shuts up). They both run away when i enter their territory and once i leave they regroup and quack to each other to make sure they're both unharmed by the evil girl who brings them food. sorry i rambled

I've always heard that Mallards are naturally suspicious of humans and VERY hard to tame, but my 3-week-olds, Rainstorm and Lullaby are both super-sweet and cry when I leave - the trick is to feed them worms as a treat (make them eat from your hands, and you have to start when they're still VERY young), and then you're a god in their eyes

How about the name Eris (pronounced like heiress, rhymes with Paris) - the Greek goddess of strife and discord who delighted in human bloodshed - for your little girl? The Roman version was Discordia.

hahahahaha.
When ducks attack.
You should invest in just one duck, and then work with him and spend a lot of time with him and he'll be the best pet you ever have.
my duck is very loyal to me, (he begs really bad though when theres food around and he will put his head in your lap and stare at you intensely) and hes really sweet.
He's not as cuddly as my dog and I'm pretty sure he doesn't like to be petted either (but he doesn't mind, he lets you pet him as much as you want) but he's awesome.
Instead of having 40 cats when I get older I'm gunna end up having 40 ducks and geese that I hand raised one by one.
