I visited a Martha Stewart blog

I wouldn't want to be compared to Martha...ugh

But it would be funny to have her on here just for kicks, LOL.

I LOVE Martha Stewart.
Although a few Halloweens ago I tried one her her decorations(spider egg sacks) and towards the end of making the first one I was cursing her.

She is on my list of people I want to meet

Did you know Martha Stewart has bought chickens from McMurray hatchery??

I saw her on the Today Show last year and she told Matt Lauer that she had 500 laying hens. He asked her what she did with all those eggs, or if she had a surplus of eggs and she quickly assured him that she had many uses for eggs and that they used several dozen a day!

Not only does Martha have chickens (and lovely, slate-roofed coops, four last time I saw them), she's also a beekeeper. My mother and I went to her house on an Herb Society gathering, it was absolutely amazing. I like Martha, she's tough, but she really does do the things she talks about on her show - admittedly with the help of a staff of 65 people at her Katona farm. You should see that stone barn in person, it's better than most houses I've seen, those horses are magnificent, and their barn smells like new-mown hay. Seriously! Anyways, I've got photos of the coops, but they were still being built, only one had anything in it at the time, and they were turkey poults, the chickens hadn't arrived yet.
