Sunshine's feathers seem to be growing by the DAY

Health is still fine, so I'm

the troubles are over with now that his system has had a complete reboot!

I only have one pic of him taken 3 days ago, it's a BAD photo as he kept trying to peck at the camera (mom! what's that? can I eat it? pet me! pet me!) so no posing or anything. He's in good health and his feathers are slowly coming in, he should be a pretty handsome fella by summer once he's sleek and tidy - right now he's still a scruffy young cockerel who's in the midst of a transformation!

But oh, he is sooo sweet

He is going to be a beauty that is for sure. He is working hard on those new feathers! So glad he knows and apreciates all the love you give him!

He has no comb though, it's a bit strange. Like, a tiny tiny line of comb while his younger brother Phoenix is growing a nice rose comb -
