I Will Never Use An Egg Carton To Hatch In Again

YOu can use a few new clean sponges for humidity ....
that way the water dosent spill out when you tilt the incubator...

I love using sponges..it makes regulating the humidity sooo much easier..IMO

I've used cartons in the incubator, and just put a block of wood under one end to tilt it.
Occasionally I get an egg that pips on the wrong end, but that's rare. I always use cartons to hatch.

Hmm. Ok, I'll just stick with tilting the cartons then.

Instead of egg cartons, you can use about a 3/8-1/2 inch slice of bicycle inner tube to make a base to sit the egg in to keep it from rolling around, and it won't interfere with the hatch.
