against the local ordicance laws. The officer that came out didnt know all of his facts . Thanks to municicode.com I found out those facts for him . I am grandfathered in to keep my chickens. He was trying to tell me I lived in a subdivision so I got the plot to my land and showed him Im not . He was also saying my neighbor that got a permit for chickens owned 5 acres . So I pulled his land too lol and he has less land than me . But long story short I get to keep my girls . Im so glad I didnt lay down and take it . I definaltely learned its best to fight for your rights .

great job !! nothing ticks me off more than residential expansion trying to dictate to people that were there first. i'm going to be seeing the start of two golf courses and 1500 homes on my northern property line so i'm "grandfathering" my butt off before it begins. i'm going to check out that web site you mentioned.
