I would appreciate your opinions on incubators

I'm looking into table top incubators with digital thermostat and fans. I would love to hear some opinions from you guys. I really dont want to build one.

No matter what incubator you choose, don't trust the temperature reading. Get multiple thermometers.

My first incubator was a Rite Farm 1200 Pro. It was cheap, and I got what I paid for. It doesn't hold steady humidity or temperature, but it works. The first one I got had a broken egg turner and they sent me a whole new unit and didn't want the old one back. Good customer service.

My next incubator is much better. It's a Hovabator Genesis. It is much steadier on temperature and humidity. I also like that the temp is adjustable in .1 degrees rather than full degrees. I found mine on craiglist with the turner for $90.

That's my 2 cents.

Me too ...
... I started with a Janoel12 and it worked good, but I had to carefully control temp and more huminity, permantly refilling water (build a hose into it and filled water with a syringe as it has no opening from the outside). It is capable to hatch 20 quail eggs. Costs: 50 Euro

As I wanted to start hatching more than 20 eggs, I bought a Janoel24, but the quail eggs got stuck under the dividers as they are too high, it works better with chicken eggs.

Now I got a Brinsea Ovation 56 EX ... top notch... it is like fire and forget till lock down. Temp and humidity reader are very presise (but it is also 6 times more expensive).

I don't wanna miss this comfort anymore.

I use a Little Giant still air incubator with an automatic turner.
It works perfect for me.

I'm quite happy with my Brinsea Maxi II Advantage. It has a temperature digital read out and will roll the eggs on a set time from 30 min to 1 hour. The only thing missing is a humidity read out and I put a small humidity gauge inside. It works well. I've hatched two flocks with this! I've got 15 eggs in it now.
