LOL Thats what made me think of that question. You thought they may be laying in a secret place. You gonna need a chicken cam? I've been thinking about getting one of those set up.

When is Waverly? I forgot. On top of brooder day, I have to set a mess of eggs before they get too old. Was gonna auction the Orloff eggs but, don't want to sell them if they are too old to someone else.

We got another Iowa blue egg last night!! Just to "test" them...we put them in the bator with some more buttercup eggs

I think there are 11 buttercup eggs? Some are almost a month old, but we will see if they develop.

They are actually very good layers. You might be suprised. Or are you referring to their age? They are getting to be older girls now. Might want to think about life isurance/nursing home care insurance, that kind of thing.

Lol. We don't mind if they stop laying, we just want some to be able to breed when they stop

They can just look pretty, make their cute chicken noises, and Brooster can enjoy being in the nest box.
