i'd have to seperate her to know which is her egg though.

The ia blues are all in with the big girls now, and we let the buttercups have the WHOLE pen part, not sure if they know what to do with all that space lol.

Your driveway 1 of the youngers gave it away. Then Aubrie got in the car and goes ' holy crap there's Chicken'. Lol I think he was glad I didn't sneak a puppy in.

FYI Tj is debating which gas guzzler to use to get the boat. So thanks for that.

I THINK another girl may be laying now! The ia blues are in with all the other large fowl birds, but I found 2 small eggs in the nest box with all the big eggs. One was a nice dark color, the other one pale, so I think there is a new layer. Not sure if they are fertile, but with those 2 new ones we have...7 eggs collected from them now, and 6 from b-cups. All going into the bator in April

Okay so I am busy with a rental for a couple days, check in here and folks got chicks in pockets, gas guzzling boat haulers, an invite to hold a spot in Waverly, what the heck is going on! And oh Tira, another call about Buttercup eggs or chicks.

So what the heck?????
Rental house is a wreck. these two guys left everything but furniture. bedrooms stacked with garbage bags, clothes, boxes, pure filth. All of it had dog pee o it, everything! One garbage bag was 1/2 full of dog poop, and the worse, freezer in basement quit working and they lost some deer meat BUT NEVER CLEANED IT OUT! Quit working last Sept... Have a guy hired to clean out house, he got the meat out of freezer, but still up to elbow in moldy blood soup. Oh yes, it's a chest freezer!

Talk about a barf bucket.
Construction dumpster already full, will need one more load. They had two large dogs that peed on everything, every corner. The entire house except full basement, kitchen and bath, are wood floors. Appears they will have to be pulled up, sub floors sealed, sheeting put down and carpeted. So much pee has shrunk the 100 year old floors. And those two guys were living in the house! People like that should be placed in the town square, yolked and horsewhipped, and I'd be happy to do it.

Our stucco Tudor cottage style house is a wreck.
Good news, the grass is greening up and snow is almost all gone!

We will probably be in Waverly the night before too, thatnks for the offer Trish.
Had only 6 chicks hatch but they are cute! One I think is a Cochin? Has hairy legs and very fluffy. Pics soon.
