IA (incubators anonymous) September Hatches?

Happy Friday, all!
Day 14 here. Shipped eggs, new incubator, home AC out of commission most of last week, resulting in temperature swings, ugh. I started with 14 eggs. One stinky egg removed last week. 4 were clear, so nine are left. Veins and/or movement in 6. The other three are iffy. Hopefully I will have an SBEL, 1 EE, 1 OE, 2 AmF, and 1 BCM hatch on or about the 14th. The iffy ones are a BM, OE, and EE.
How are yours doing?

All 7 eggs are still viable. Due Tuesday.
I am extremely attached now and really don't want to give any up.

I have seen several people's posts that refer to it being too late to start another hatch. Is that due to egg availabilty, or climate? I am in Florida. It is still 76F right now at 10pm, and 90s during the day. It won't get "cold" here until January, lol.
