Ice Cream Recipes Anyone?

Do you heat it first? Sounds Yum! We make homemade vanilla by throwing some whole vanilla beans in a vodka skoal bottle. I might have to try the rum next as we have plenty from the Virgin Islands.

I used vodka until I ran out. It’s typically used though. Apparently vanilla extract can be any alcohol (or water, but that’s boring ).
No, the mix isn’t heated. It’s simplicity and flavor are why I prefer it.

I’m going to try the vanilla after the eggnog ice cream. Eggnog ice cream big hit at Easter.

Ok I made the salted caramel, vanilla, strawberry, butter pecan, maple walnut, and my Husband chocolate. I find you can’t go wrong.
