I've been on Geneva several times, but never when the water's hard. Son's up there & has been on the ice a few times. At least all those vehicles on the bottom make good Crappie structure.Yeah, going out on the lakes in northern states in your car is very safe when the ice is thick enough. Although, a few years ago I was at some snow sculpting thing that my mom was judging and a whole bunch of cars that decided to park out on the ice fell through.

Pretty lazy of them, just could not take the time to find a parking spot so they all hearded up on the ice. Of course this is a lot more than a few cars and from what I remember it had not been extremely cold that week.
