Icelandic Chickens

Well yours seem to get along with goats so I guess my goats could learn to live with them.

But curley and moe probably need them on the chance of getting a girl friend.

Well, everyone seems to be very busy!! Broken van windows, rooster lock-ups, emu incubating, soup making, picture taking............never a dull moment here!!!

A busy long weekend is done and now on to Christmas!!!! Here is the Kella pic of the week!! From the wintery forecast, could be the last one taken outside without a white background for a while!!

Kella laid six eggs ???

Diva I dont think that emus would make great pack birds, I think that my lunch milk would get shook/churned into butter before we got to where we were going !

he was so handsome, but a total nut case! terrorized all the hens, and was just plain annoying! I sold him to a farm that has pea hens and a peacock, sheep and several regular laying hens on 18 acres... it's a lot quieter here now. I have his son, that looks a lot like him, but much more docile (so far)

this is Árni's son Þórr (Thor) - he hatched July 26th, so he is 4 mths old
