My black hen has one white feather on the tip of each wing, you only see them when her wings are flapping.

Otherwise you would think she was a pretty black bird.

New subject... Icelandic Math

I set the eggs on the 13th.

21 days to hatch means they should hatch on the 3rd, so lock down should be the first.

But, these are Icelandics sooooo, I they will probably hatch on the 1st so I'm locking them down tomorrow.

Yay! They are almost here.

I've got to go out again and take some pics. I have an Icelandic that is BLACK, with a do on top.

I also have an Icelandic that is pure WHITE... I'll have to catch it and look for some other color on it... same with the black.

They look dirty/awful because they are brooding with the buttercup chick that got scalped. Their feathers are covered in smeared Neosporin and other goo.
