Congrats! Have you cracked any open to see if the boys are doing their jobs?

No. I don't want to "waste," them.

I am just gonna stick them in the bator and see if they develop.

Of course you are, how silly of me to ask!

You going to be doing a staggered hatch again, since you're participating in the New Years Hatch?

Incubating Update:

Today was day 9 and I could not wait any longer, the suspense was killing me. Out of 16 eggs, I have 4 developing, 2 that looked like they tried but stopped and 10 clears.

I lost power for a few hours a couple days into incubating, not sure if it impacted the babies.

Come on 4 that are developing!! I want icelandic babies so bad.

We are really cold here in Phoenix. It got down to 33 degress at my home. That is chillin'!

I shant complain, we wish for this kind of weather for most of the year.

10 clears is definitely not good! I am so curious to find out what everyone else gets. My fertility rate on the same eggs has been 60% and hatch rates almost 100%. Would you like me to send you more eggs so you could try again? I'd eb happy to do that.

Mary
