This thread is amazing! My neighbor has helped me get into chickens and two types he has that I love are Auburn Java and Icelandic. Well both types come out of one place around here, Lyle Behl's farm. I have a few Java's that came from his farm (or at least their parents/grandparents did). Looking at all 200 pages of this thread while we sit through blizzard 2011 has made me have a need to have some Icelandics! I will see if I can get some hatching eggs from the neighbor as soon is my bator is done with my current hatch!

If I cannot get some of those eggs, I will have to look into a secondary egg plan!
