Mary, He was probably "keeping his head down" literally whenever you two were around so that you wouldn't notice his emerging manhood!

They should have some beautiful babies,,,,,,good thing Kelly will be hatching them for you so she can check them out before letting you take them home!

NOPE, the deal is she has to take the chicks! I'm going to have chicks coming out of my ears! Over 3 dozen eggs coming my way, plus the blue eggs from Mary!

I do want to keep 1 blue female though from this cross, because if I used the calculator correctly, if I cross that female with Moose, I will get some blue gold duckwing chicks and black gold duckwing chicks as well as blue and black.

And we all know there's NO WAY I can compete with Kathy!

Cheryl, thanks but I think I'm good. (plus you are a long way to drive to return the bator!) Mary has 2 brinsea incubator's she's letting me borrow. I'm hatching 3 different lines of Barnevelders and I want to hatch them separately so I can tag them.

I'm partially busted. DH saw me get out the bator last night. He said "what are you doing?" (Insert my innocent look

) He just doesn't know how many eggs are coming yet.
