I do believe we have a photographic requirement when such statements are made.

And I'm

picturing you chasing them down!

She had a small Superman ice cream cone
I had Blueberry yogurt with Granola pieces...I figured I deserved something too after all of that.

Ok heres the story of the day, got one flock of Kathyinmo chickens in cages made from refrigerator boxes, got one flock of LyleBehl second generation hatched literally within a day of Kathyinmo's birds and I come home to find that BOTH have pushed the tops off of their cages and are ALL OVER MY KITCHEN, there were chickens on the counter top, chickens on the floor, and ONE EVEN FLEW UP ON MY SHOULDER! I kid you not! I never in my life have seen anything like this! Their was a bountiful supply of garden fertilizer on my floor too, they are sooooooooo helpful these young uns are! if one had done this I'd have been surprised but all of the lids were off, I'm going to sit there tonight and just wait and watch to see how they do this....of course only those here who have had Icelandics know that their escape tactics are legendary! The one that flew up on my shoulder is a blue red hen, she is in my little black book of favorites now!

Please pray for the Lord to send me a photographer! I called a gal who came over and took pictures only to tell me she had no idea how to upload them, and never heard of putting them on disk and promised to get prints from Walgreens! LOL I almost couldn't believe it! But she was so nice to come over anyway....I just have to remember to ask someone IF they can get them from the camera to the internet next time!

Didn't you say in an earlier post that you have "kids" working for you? TIme to start hitting up the help for some, er, help

Kids are nothing if not techie. My kids always have extras running with them, I just start taking a survey "Hey, which one of you wants to be my hero and fix this for me?" I usually get more than a few volunteers and then next thing I know, it's done!

I can't wait till my kids get home tonight. It's going to take more than two of us to get the little jumping beans to sit pretty for pictures. The only way I managed it the other day was to put them in a really deep tall box, which is why all the pics are of the top of their little heads

Hard to find parkas that small, but.......................

I am thinking that maybe the Icelandics here in MI may have to wear a Cochin Coat.

or carry a thermos of coffee, we'll see.

I hope that Andy's escape artists cant get that duplicated up here from incubators ! They have powerful wings if new hatched can fly that high!
