I candled my Easter Hatch eggs (first time!) and tossed one Icelandic. 8 will going into lockdown tonight. Anna is sitting tight on her 10, those will hatch a week later.

Yup, snow, in April, one month after first day of spring, we have had 3 in a row long winters with new records and still we hear the mantras of global warming, I believe the other side that says we are beginning a global cooling cycle.

Michelle post updates as they grow please, some some before and now pics if you can. The very first one, the one on the right sure stands like a cock ! I'd love to see him at 3 mos, six mos and a year.

Ok, good news, Mary Catherine Gallagher, the little emu seems just fine this morning after an unfortunate encounter with a donkey hoof last night. I am so relieved! I told hubby no more pasture visits when the donkeys are out! They can run fast but are too little to defend themselves. When they are six feet tall that will be another story. Thanks for the concern.

Cheryl, I hope you have as good an outcome with Sir Giles. Poor thing. What a frustrating situation you are in with not being there! I would be a raving lunatic. Keep me posted on how the foot doctoring goes.
