The little penquin is adorable, I thought the story would be about some wonderful chicken person who raised it. Guess they need specialized care - better left to professionals. But still..... I'm sure a BYCer could've done it. Watch Disney make a movie about him.

I have a Stella, part Duex. First thing she did when I let her out this morning was fly to the top of the mulberry tree and check out the neighborhood.

...I had an inkling it would be her new favorite place, so when I locked them up just now, I looked for her. Sure enough, she was up in the mulberry tree. Thankfully, me and the Scary Rake have an extra 6-foot reach.

As of closing-the-coop time last night, what we have so far........you can see one of the other eggs in the last pic, looks soiled so I'm wondering if any more will hatch.....
