As if a box of dead chicks isn't enough to ruin my day, Diana the Diva muscled me into a fence today and ripped my jeans. Then the biggest horror of all times happened. I almost lost my beloved Lukka! She is fine now and I will post later on my blog about it but I have had the morning from hell. Still waiting to hear if the second box of chicks and the adult bird died as well. The lady at the PO dropped the ball and didn't put the live labels on the chick box. Still they should have known. Ok got to go make a new broody home for Miss Lukka, who is living up to her name which means "lucky" in Icelandic.

Shooooooot! By the time it's warm enough to let these 2 outside, heck..... they will be laying! hahahaha I have inside chickens for the winter. Something I said I would NEVER do! I should have known to never say never!
