Hey all! I've seen this thread before, but I thought I should finally subscribe to it and say hello, since I love the Icee breed. I got my very own Icelandic chicks just yesterday and I gotta tell ya, I'm pretty excited to finally have some of these beautiful birds! They came from The-bird-guy, and I think there's a chance I have a boy and a girl. I'll be ecstatic if I do. I'll try to get some pictures of them later, yes?

Now to comb through this thread and drool over everyone's birds, heh

Project Wellie broody was in full force today. Had to build a ramp that her babies can hopefully use. I misjudged the rise/run a bit, but I think it will still work. I wanted something removable for cleaning the coop. I had some technical difficulties with the hook portion - it's not perfect, but it should work. I purposely waited until DH was out of town so he wouldn't whine about me using his power tools.

Funny, I usually wait till the DH can see me struggling to use his tools so he gives in and helps by taking over and completing the project in a 1/4 of the time
