Icelandic Chickens

Ok, here are the pictures of my Icelandics as promised. :)

The roo-

There was another pullet, but I was not able to take a picture of her. She won't stay still, and hides behind the other chicks. She is right in the middle of this picture, the white one, between the Buff and blue pullets.

Good grief. Now we have to worry about Jake for the next month. Wish I had his phone number to check in on him from time to time. He worries us so when he travels.

Good news! Lukka's hatch is underway. So far she has a dark chick and a chipmunk chick. She has seven eggs left. I pulled the empty shells out from under her and he was only mildly perturbed. Her nest is disgusting but I didn't dare disturb it. But the first time she gets up, that mess is getting cleaned up!

My little Icelandics are due for a photo shoot but it scares the heck out of me that Kelly will see the pictures!

I already have my suspicions about three of them.

The rest of yall's chickens look great. I love the parade. That cracked me up. They just gotta stay on the path. All my animals do it and I do too!

Kathy how are the door mats coming along?

Congrats Mary! I can't wait to see Lukka with all her babies! This is the exciting part of your hard decision to rebuild your flock.

And no worries about posting pics, as Kelly is getting ready to leave for vacation Monday. Gotta pack today and take my dog in to be boarded.
