The hatchery is across from the ethonal plant (to the south). They hatch somthing like 50,000 chicks a week. Besides the hatchery is in the country where chickens are not illegal. I highly doubt they would put anything inside city limits.I called last year to see if they would sell any of their cockrel chicks they told me absolutely not. Was hiline the one that was gonna build the processing plant?

I don't recall who was going to build that plant. I knew dot foods was built right there, but I haven't noticed a hatchery there.

I would like to avoid the Ivomec if possible since I would have to toss all the eggs for about 2 weeks. Where can I find the Adams flea and tick spray here locally? And it gets mites as well as the lice? I think I would like to give that a try first. Also thanks for posting the article, it was very informative!

I normally use the ivomec when they start to go into their molt. Petsmart has the larger spray bottles and walmart has the smaller of the Adams. Yes, lice as well as mites (not leg mites though) I spray on the Adams then rub it thru the fluff and under the wings. The breast and head, we don't spray...

He is wild, someone will LOVE him! You might try the folks from the Utah forum. Some of them travel this way and I have seen some nice photos in the feed.
