So.....you have officially given up on that silly notion of maintaining sanity?![]()
Did you get LF or bantams? I think the chocolate orps are beautiful.
So far my goat is doing "okay". His leg is swollen, but he's eating and drinking. He's not running a temperature so I'm hoping that there won't be an issue with infection. My husband drove up the road to see what was going on with the dogs.....and they were tied to a fence.....with extension cords!!!! These people are clueless!!

Yep... looney tunes.... cuckoo for cocoa puffs

Wish I could afford the LF chocs but already spent waaaaaaayyyyyyyyy too

Guess the new 'oilfield mancamp' trailer that was just brought in on Saturday, which will hold, when done, 4 coops and runs, will be full when the babies grow up and are ready for their own per-breed coops...lol.
Luckily, I have plenty of room!!

So glad your poor goat is doing okay. I know the honey helped in healing my goat... that and I gave her a Pen shot which of course she thought would kill her. And I spent a lot of time with her.... just this week she went out in her own pen, and out of the mudroom.
I NEVER would have thought she would make it and may times thought of putting her down, but she keeps going and her feet and stump are healed up. She can't jump or run but loves affection and carries on like a special needs goat...lol. Perfect weed eater!!! Can't get tangled up.
