Ideal Bantams

I bought 100 of the weekly special for $1.00 each to raise up for my sister- needless to say -I have 20 left at 3 weeks old. They seem to die over nothing scattered all around the brooder. The LF chicks are pretty good though

What do they usually die from? Disease, or is it something genetic?
