Ideal Hatchery Packing Peanuts

yup yup Light Brahmas and you are gonna love them! Good brown egg layers, sweet disposition and very easily handled. Mine learned to growl from the dog so she would affectionately grrrrrrr at you when she wanted to be picked up.

Agreed on the light brahmas. I had two hens and a roo and they were great. Unfortunately I could not keep the roo but he was so gentle I did not want him to become dinner so I found him an awesome home. The lady keeps in touch with me and when the coyotes came for her flock, there stood Buddy in all his giantness and he fought the coyote and BUDDY WON!!!!! She lost no hens and Buddy's tail feathers grew back wonderfully. YAY GO BUDDY!!!!

We have lt. and buff brahamas. They are very sweet chicks but mine aren't laying yet but i'm looking forward to seeing those eggs. LOL. I'm sure you will enjoy. BTW don't be too disapointed cause now you have a good excuse to order more chicks. Good Luck and welcome to chicken addiction central BYC.
