I bought eggs off etsy and the listing was for "rare blue fawn and other mixed variety breeds". I was wondering if anyone can assist with breed identification.
If it helps, my observations are that I have:
1 yellow with ginger stripes chick
2 yellow with silver stripes chicks
1 yellow with black stripes chick
1 brown with tan/black stripes chick

I have one jumbo pearl youngster and 5 jumbo coturnix as well. I'm excited to see how these guys change as they age.

Thank you in advance.

Coturnix quail do not have breeds like chickens do. There will be colour variations, but they are not different breeds.

Those chicks could feather out into several different colours, especially if you don't know what the parents look like. You will probably need to wait until they feather out before you know.

Oh sorry. Good to know the correct verbiage. I messaged the etsy seller to see if they could help.

Thanks!
