A blood ring is much more clumpy and uneven when you see a ring.

Are they supposed to float around and to the top of the egg?

It doesn't really matter where the ring is, the location varies from egg to egg. But if you see vibrant red and spider like veins like your pics, they are alive.

Not sure about egg 3 but give it a few more days
Turn them 3-7 times a day

3 , 5 or 7 depending how much time you have
3 is minimum Amount
Not blood rings
The circle with slide line veins and a dot in the middle is normal
That dot is the embryo and in a day or two you will see a tiny heartbeat
My favourite time to candle them

I found it invaluable when I first started hatching them. I would also recommend the misting and cooling of the eggs as it replicates the natural process very well.
