Might want to get a bigger container like a storage tote and have the heat lamp on one side for heat while the other side stays cool and holds the feed and water.

They're going to need a bigger brooder. They need a way to get out of the light if they are too hot. Is that a heat lamp or a normal light?

Try the formula of 2sqft per chick and find a container that fits the total square footage you will need.
