Idk what's wrong, can anyone help?

I have a 1 year old Thai aseel chicken i have no idea what's wrong with him he just started getting this yellow/white crusty stuff on one side of his face I tryed washing it and cleaning it but it always came back I don't know what to do any help would be grateful thanks

(btw he acts the same he actually gained a little more weight and he walks around and act as if nothing is wrong with him.)

Thanks a lot I'm new to this and not really sure on how to navigate through this but thanks a lot he's been like this for about 1 1/2 months now but acts no different than how he usually does
