My rooster has been holding his wings a bit low for some reason, also why are my chickens holding their mouths open, is it because of the heat or something else

It sounds like they are just hot. Make sure they have plenty of water and shade to keep them cool.

It's in the upper 90's where I live and all mine are doing that. They are cooling their bodies down, kinda how we sweat when we get hot.

Chickens can't sweat so this is how they reduce temperature

Sounds like they are hot and this is the way they cool themselves.
Make sure they have shade and cool water.
