i have met people who came over on the boat!!!!...they cant speak let alone write or spell!!!!....but i wouldnt question there ability to
care for an amimal or human for that matter!!!....i would be more worried bout how much compassion they have for life!

It also comes back to a point I keep making...you either bought or produced this roo. You no longer want said animal but are quite picky about where it goes after you no longer want the animal. Seems ironic to me that someone who doesn't even want the animal feels justified in scrutinizing those who DO want it.

Unless, of course, you raised this animal intentionally for sale, which at that point I'd say find a better market for your birds than CL. A place where folks buy couches and bicycles is probably not the best place to market an animal you intentionally raised to market. Rather, a publication or site for livestock/poultry shows etc. may be a better plan.

Either way, after that animal is out of your hands, you have no way of knowing just where he will end up and have very little control over it. Such is life...

When I'm selling a bird, I realize that I have no control over what happens to it once it leaves my farm. I've also come to terms with the fact that I don't want it anymore, it is no longer a pet. If you want your bird to have a super good life, keep it, don't sell it. Your definition of a good life may be much different then another persons idea of giving a chicken a good life.

Just because someone has trouble spelling doesn't mean they can't take care of birds, my neighbours immigrated from Germany a few years ago and can't spell very well. English isn't their first language, that doesn't stop them from providing a decent life for their animals.

Maybe this person sent the email through their phone and wasn't even typing on a computer? Sometimes I check my emails from my phone, if I had to sit there and type out every single word it would take forever, and the message probably wouldn't even send in the end.

Sell the bird for $20.00 and no less. Hold fast to it. You did not say free.

U no wat em sa in. I don't care if Helen Keller wants my bird, she better have $20.00 when she shoes up.

PS. Helen Keller and Anne Frank are two of my heros!
