I have that on a couple of mine, too. Not sure if there is anything in the standard about toenail color or not. Mine are BBS Ameraucanas from breeders. I'd say one off-color toenail doesn't make an Ameraucana into an EE, certainly, but I'm not the expert on the breed here.
